Questions about the Bennett Online Classroom.

No. The diagnostic is free and you do not need an account to start it. It has no clock, it covers all 19 topics in the course, and you make an account when you are ready to keep going.

It is $79 a month for one student, for the whole ACT English course. The 7-day free trial opens two topics, picked from the diagnostic or the first two in the course without one. Finishing both opens the rest of the course early, and the first charge lands on day 7.

Yes, anytime, from your family page. A card starts the free trial, we send a reminder before each renewal, and there is no long commitment.

Yes. The lessons and the practice match today's exam, including the shorter 50-question, 35-minute English section, and Andrew still sits for the ACT and the SAT himself, so the material keeps up with what the tests are actually doing.

Sometimes. In person Andrew teaches every subject on the ACT and the SAT, one student at a time at the Cornelius office, and spots open a few at a time through the year because he is the one teaching them. Apply on the in-person page while applications are open and he will call you himself.

The work adapts, because mastery is measured topic by topic and what your student gets next depends on what they missed. Andrew keeps adding full-length practice tests, each on its own questions, so the second one is not the first one over again. Progress is mastery earned on real ACT-style questions rather than a percentage of videos watched, which is a harder measure and a more useful one. And you cancel anytime, so you pay for the months your student is actually working.

Most students do their best work over 8 to 12 weeks, so the October and December ACT dates and the spring school-day test are what families usually aim at. If the test is only a few weeks away, use the Bennett Online Classroom as a final tune-up on the topics that are already close. Start with the free diagnostic either way and you will see where the points are going.

A computer, tablet, or phone with a browser, and there is nothing to install or print. Practice tests read best on a laptop or a tablet, where the passage and the questions sit side by side, and the lessons and drills work fine on a phone.

Yes, once the plan is paid. A pause stops the billing while your student is off, keeps the account and the mastery record, and picks back up when you resume. During the free trial, cancel instead: nothing is charged. Canceling a paid plan ends the billing, and your student keeps full access through the end of the month you already paid for.

In-person classes are Andrew's own time at the Cornelius office, one student at a time at his hourly rate, covering every subject on the ACT and the SAT, and he takes a limited number of students each cycle. The Bennett Online Classroom is his ACT English method written down and made self-paced, so a student can work through it on their own schedule from anywhere. Plenty of families do both.
